Enjoyed the beautiful gardens. they were well-maintained and created a serene atmosphere. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of local foods, pastries, and an egg station where chefs cooked omelettes fresh to order. The beach area had plenty of sun loungers, and the pool was great for kids, with a shallow area perfect for my toddler. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable. the beach cleanliness was disappointing, with occasional litter from the tide affecting the experience. The drinks at the bar felt overpriced, especially considering the local options outside. On a couple of occasions, we faced noise disturbances from nearby events, which interrupted the peaceful environment. while there are some areas needing attention, the overall experience had sufficient highlights.

Management should really consider noise control!!! Chainsaws during the day and loud music at night ruin the experience!!! The beach cleanliness needs urgent attention to improve the overall ambiance!!!

My stay at Merumatta Senggigi Lombok was delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my visit. The beautiful gardens and the serene atmosphere created a calming experience. I particularly enjoyed the excellent selection at breakfast, with fresh, local foods and delightful pastries.
Some areas need upkeep.

The outdoor pool was fab, clean, and had a shallow end. Our deluxe room was spacious, with air conditioning, a balcony, and a minibar. The staff were super helpful, and the beach access was nice. Spa services like foot massage and beauty treatments were a treat. Amazing stay overall!
